MANAGING NRCAN DATA UNDER Single Window

Natural Resources Canada (NRCAN) will have new data requirements under Single Window. Prepare today, to ensure compliance.

Natural Resources Canada develops policies and programs that enhance the contribution of the natural resources sector to the Canadian economy and improve the quality of life for all Canadians.

More specifically, Natural Resources Canada is responsible for the following:

  • List of Acts and Regulations
  • Forward Regulatory Plan 2018-2020
  • Regulatory Cooperation Council
  • Service Standards for High-Volume Regulatory Authorizations
  • Interpretation Policy
  • Administrative Burden Baseline
  • Departmental Actions to respond to the Red Tape Reduction Commission’s Recommendations Report

For Single Window, there are three government programs that fall under NRCAN:

  • Office of Energy Efficiency
  • Explosives
  • Kimberley Process (Rough Diamonds)
