Team Spirit. Respect. Recognition.

Culture doesn’t just happen. It’s cultivated and maintained on purpose. We purposefully value our people and make sure they know it. That’s a big part of our success.

At Livingston, you’ll always know what’s going on.

We believe everyone who works here deserves to be kept up to date about the company and changes that could affect them. Transparency is fundamental at Livingston.

We recognize each other regularly.

Connection, our online system, includes a live feed for recognizing efforts as they occur. It also includes service anniversary recognition and a point system through which employees can redeem points for gifts from a large selection of retailers.

You can speak up any time.

If you have an opinion that could be of value to other Livingston associates, you can always share it. We use surveys, a suggestion box, and direct CEO email. You always have a way to offer suggestions about the work environment, job conditions, management, and ways you feel we can improve.

You never work alone at Livingston.

As a team-based company, we work together to solve problems, meet deadlines, and help our customers get to where they need to go more efficiently. There’s always a sense of shared responsibility.

We celebrate milestones.

We celebrate professional and personal events, both big and small. It happens in many ways from a simple “Thank you” to team celebrations, Connection points, and more.

You can add your voice to others.

We have a number of groups — including our Women’s Circles, the DEIB committee, the Culture committee — that meet regularly to talk about important issues. Plus, you can always step up to be a corporate social responsibility champion or a “buddy” for a new employee.

We contribute. You can too.

Our corporate social responsibility program focuses on our communities, our people, and the environment.
