U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) announced the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) now has available a searchable import contact tool available to identify an FDA contact by the port of entry.
Also available is a link to search FDA’s Import Trade Auxiliary Communication System (ITACS) to assist with questions using a specific entry number, regarding FDA status, sampling notices, and detained or refused merchandise.
