On June 23rd, 2015, the Canadian International Trade Tribunal (CITT) advised that it has initiated expiry proceedings, concerning the dumping and subsidizing of metal bar grating of carbon and alloy originating in or exported from the People’s Republic of China is scheduled to expire on April 18th, 2016.
The subject goods are described as metal bar grating of carbon and alloy, consisting of load-bearing pieces and cross pieces, produced as standard grating or heavy-duty grating, in panel form, whether galvanized, painted, coated, clad or plated.
