The Canadian International Trade Tribunal (CITT), on October 14, 2020, issued its order regarding the expiry review concerning the dumping of certain Concrete Reinforcing Bar originating in or exported from China, Korea, and Turkey and the subsidizing of said goods originating in or exported from China.
The CITT has determined that the dumping of the above-mentioned goods would continue to cause injury to the Canadian domestic industry, as such the order will continue without amendment.
This follows the CBSA Expiry Review Determinations made on May 22, 2020.
For the complete authoritative product description of the goods and their HS classifications refer to the Concrete Reinforcing Bar case in the Measures in Force.
