May 29, 2020 – The Secretary of Commerce initiated a Section 232 investigation on imports of mobile cranes.
They will investigate whether products are being imported into the U.S. in such quantities, or under such circumstances, as to threaten to impair the national security of the U.S., with their findings reported to the President if impairment is found.
Commence is accepting comments on this proposed rule through July 10, 2020, in the Federal eRulemaking Portal, using Docket BIS-2020-0009.
