Les dispositions relatives aux moteurs de transition permettent, pendant certaines p\u00e9riodes, l\u2019importation et la fabrication de moteurs conformes \u00e0 l\u2019une des normes pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes (par exemple, aux normes provisoires de niveau\u00a04) s\u2019ils sont install\u00e9s dans ou sur une machine avant la fin du temps imparti.
