Bien qu\u2019une grande partie de l\u2019attention m\u00e9diatique a \u00e9t\u00e9 dirig\u00e9e vers un tissu d\u2019enjeux \u00e9pineux comme les normes du travail et les m\u00e9canismes de r\u00e8glement des diff\u00e9rends, on semble souvent oublier la vraie pierre d\u2019achoppement\u00a0: les r\u00e8gles d\u2019origine des automobiles.<\/p>\n<p>Selon les propos des n\u00e9gociateurs dans leur <a href=\"https:\/\/ustr.gov\/about-us\/policy-offices\/press-office\/press-releases\/2017\/september\/trilateral-statement-conclusion-1\"><em>D\u00e9claration trilat\u00e9rale \u00e0 la suite de la conclusion de la troisi\u00e8me ronde de n\u00e9gociations de l\u2019ALENA<\/em><\/a>, ils ont progress\u00e9 rapidement sur d\u2019autres sujets comme le chapitre consacr\u00e9 aux petites et moyennes entreprises et le chapitre sur la concurrence.
