On January 11th of this year, the Secretariat of National Defense (SEDENA) published in the Official Gazette of the Federation (DOF), the DECREE by which a fraction XX is added to article 29 of the Organic Law of the Federal Public Administration., to read as follows:
Article 29.- The Secretariat of National Defense is responsible for the dispatch of the following matters:
I.- to XVIII.- …
XIX.- Render the auxiliary services required by the Army and the Air Force, as well as the civil services that the Federal Executive indicates to said forces;
XX.- Establish collaboration agreements with environmental institutions to train members of the military service to carry out activities aimed at protecting the environment, and XXI.- Others expressly attributed by laws and regulations.
