Stacy Brown

Stacy joins us from Matthews International, where as Vice President, Head of Global Talent Management, she led organizational development, succession planning, talent acquisition, leadership and employee development, and performance management. Stacy joined Matthews through its 2014 acquisition of SGK, a global marketing services firm. At SGK, she served for almost four years as Vice President, Global Human Resources and Shared Services. Her accountabilities included leadership for M&A activity, benefits design, talent management, change management, policies and compliance, shared services and HR systems. Earlier in her career, she held roles of increasing responsibility to executive positions with APAC Customer Services Inc. and HSBC North America Holdings.
Stacy is certified as a Six Sigma Black Belt and a member of several professional associations, among them the Human Resources Management Association of Chicago. As part of her commitment to the community, Stacy serves as a Member of the Board of Directors for Anixter Center and contributes time to the YWCA in Chicago, as well as to Haven, a non-profit organization in her home town of Detroit.
