April 6, 2020 – The Canadian International Trade Tribunal (CITT), on April 1, 2020, gave a Notice of Expiry of the finding made on July 3, 2015, concerning the dumping and subsidizing of certain photovoltaic modules and laminates originating in or exported from China. The CITT will issue a decision by May 21, 2020, on whether an expiry review is warranted. If the CITT decides that an expiry review is not warranted, the finding will expire on its scheduled expiry date. If the CITT decides that an expiry review is warranted, it will issue a notice of expiry review.
